Teen coaching is a personalized, mentorship-based form of support designed to meet teen girls in the middle of the real pressures they’re navigating today. Using my clinical background in clinical mental health counseling, this approach integrates neuroscience, therapeutic insight, and faith to support identity development during a formative stage of life. Unlike traditional counseling, this is 1:1 integrative coaching that helps teens understand their thought patterns, regulate stress, build confidence, and make healthy decisions in a culture that is constantly shaping how they see themselves and the world. Many girls are unknowingly internalizing messages from social media, comparison, and cultural noise, often without space to process them. Through consistent mentorship, goal-oriented support, and prayer, I help teens slow down, process what they’re carrying, and develop the clarity and resilience needed to navigate life with confidence and truth in their identity in Christ.
Have you tried therapy for years and still notice cognitive and visceral reactions to things you “healed” from? Have you hit a point in therapy where you need a different approach?
Healing takes mind and body integration.
My approach blends faith-based mentorship with therapeutic modalities such as somatic-based practices, and neuroscience-informed frameworks, helping you uncover patterns, rewire unhelpful responses, and build the emotional and spiritual resilience needed for real change.
If you’re ready to break old cycles, heal the parts of your story that still shape how you show up, and step into the woman God is forming you to be, this is where that process begins.
